Php Fatal Error Call To Undefined Function Views_include
I can't log into top the site, but I have ftp access. That should fix it but, at worst, you can comment out the views_include('base'); call at the top of plugins.inc as a quick hack to recover your site. run update again it worked. (There is no need to clear caches.) - If I comment out the "views_include('base');" line from views/includes/plugins.inc, (as @bradhawkins mentioned) I can I think it has something to do with one of my modules not being complete.

Then change below value in your autoload.php which will be inside your application/config/ folder. $autoload['helper'] = array('url'); then your issue will be resolved.
