Hasn't Drupal thought of a simple solution to avoid this image-breaking situation for Drupal newbies who do not do PHP and stuff? (I'm a Newbie since 2007) I started with Drupal Here is the method to change the settings in PHP.ini file: Open PH.ini file. As far as I know this only happens when you redeclare a user function or class.

Here's a little trick.
On your local machine for your own browser create a cookie, something like:
setcookie ("your-website.com-testing", "1", time()+60*60*24*300);
